Shipping timeline
Dahlia tubers are shipped in the spring once weather conditions are safe for planting and shipping. Orders typically ship between March and May, depending your local climate and ground conditions.
Orders are packed and shipped in the order they were received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the farm.
Please note that exact shipping dates cannot be guaranteed, as timing depends on weather and growing conditions.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.
$12 flat rate for standard orders.
Free shipping on orders over $200.
Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2–4 business days once shipped.
Combined Orders:
If you place multiple orders under the same name and address, we will do our best to combine them and refund any excess shipping charges when possible.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Weather Considerations
We carefully monitor weather conditions before shipping. If extreme cold or heat is expected in your region, we may delay shipment to protect the tubers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist you.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Finger Lakes region of New York. If you would like to arrange pickup, please contact us at larksviewflowers@gmail.com after placing your order.
